PROJECTS THAT LIFT PEOPLE UP
IDEAS THAT MOVE MOUNTAINS
Whether it's creating an opportunity to carve out new market share, develop a brand new concept, or manage the Business Life Cycle, our organization has a proven track record of high quality services.
We have supported over 100 high school systems, 3000 student athletes and families, 3500 economically disadvantaged and homeless children, 50 shelters and group homes and hundreds of volunteers and partners.
In addition to these programs, we have developed a community leadership institute concept that was adopted by the Chamber of Commerce and the Cobb 2010 Taskforce, We have also been invited and presented our Community Visions Alliance concept to the Atlanta Regional Commission.
Visioning
Using our trademark 'Guerilla Thinking' model, our visioning process is sharp, powerful and effective.
The process delves quickly down into an organization or program and identifies the strengths and weaknesses and missing elements. Then, we begin sorting out the effective from ineffective processes and structures.
No matter how many times we have done this process, there inevitably come to light startling keys to the problems and poorly functioning areas of the situation.
Once the foundations have been exposed and the processes cleared up, true and inspired visioning can begin.
And the Guerilla Thinking model serves as a template for going forward.
Branding
Branding is a complex area of an organization. From the name and a well-designed logo to the cardboard shipping boxes, careful consideration must be given to the establishment and impact a brand will have.
As well as collateral materials, an effective web presence is crucial, along with well-planned social media strategies.
Embedded in our 'Guerilla Thinking' model are analysis tools for the development of these critical processes.
